Pros
I received lots of management support to carry my job. I have worked with some great people. Good benefit (holidays, bonuses, free events etc). Low work pressure (the company has high margin and a premium brand name)
Cons
Slow promotion, bureaucratic, some people are lazy (you might find that few people are actually working). Bosses are more concerned about how to promote themselves than about the company
