      good bonus, every 3 months training 3 times a year (in Munich) for full time employees slightly better pay than most hotels

      Cons

      they make it looks like they care about employees, but they are just a normal employer

      Pros

      Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

      Cons

      Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time
