Pros

The Job does not require much skill. You have opportunity to move around the company. If you hit quota the pay is not terrible

Cons

changes made every 5 months the numbers are not as achievable especially with a bad territory salary is low Half the team is remote and a small percentage is in office. They dont even have space for anyone to be in office. This job can be done 100% at home but they still have some of us in office with no explanation as to why. The product is too expensive in the market and no leads are provided

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
