Pros

Nice working project Employee is professional. Compensation is fine

Cons

The vietnam branch just fired 5 employees, and guess what, all of them are women. In two recent years, the company is running a progress to renew their employee, targeting the person who mostly does manual and simple task day by day. Honestly, I feel very discouraged and disappointed for the R&D site in Vietnam, and Vietnam branch in general. The layoff procedure seems to target the women mostly, as many female employees join the company and work in Data & Test team.

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
