If you are at the right location and within a department that is considered core MSI is an excellent place to work, learn and grow Overall it has been a great place for me to grow especially when the company was much bigger, I would still recommend it as a good place to work at,but only at the locations and areas that have a future, life within the cost target areas is hard..
Cons
MSI is dismantling specific areas, hence a challenging place to work at if you are in one of those areas considered for regular every year hard cost reduction reviews
