Business Outlook
Pros
Company embraces fully remote work, so you can work from anywhere in the country. Salary is good so long as you don't live somewhere expensive, like Seattle (where the company is HQed). Lots of women work here and hold positions of power. Parent company ERGs are active and respected.
Cons
Relationships dissolved after the acquisition because employees were constantly leaving. I felt like I had to start over with gaining buy-in from colleagues every 2-6 weeks, or explain the same thing repeatedly to replacement employees. People are leaving because of burnout. Communication from the parent company is awful, inconsistent, and doesn't seem to take our concerns into account. Unilateral decisions from on-high make work a constant struggle.
