Thank you for the time you took in letting us know of your experience at N26. As you have mentioned, being a fast growing startup in Europe and building a mobile bank is not easy. From September 2016 to December 2016, we were in a period of migration that required us to move more than 200,000 customers from our previous platform provider to our very own platform. This transition which was required given our success in obtaining a full banking licence required most of our teams to put in extra amount of time to ensure a successful migration. We are very happy and proud that we did manage and do recognise what it took to accomplish this milestone.
