We do have clear roles, responsibilities and processes established across the business. If this has not been your experience, then we would like to review this with you to ensure you have the clarity you need, and to mitigate any ambiguity on role expectations. We also have a strong commitment to support our people with balanced work, which is why we have introduced more flexible working arrangements, and increased vacation entitlement.
