Hi. Thanks for taking the time to share your views with us.
We take our employee engagement survey, and the feedback in it, extremely seriously. Our most recent survey score was shared in a blog post from our Chief People Officer, which you can read on the company intranet.
Our ambition is to be a top employer, and to positively impact our employee’s career journeys. With that in mind, it’s fair to say that our engagement score is not where we need it to be. Based on the last engagement survey, our management team shared their action plan to move things forward. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen these actions being felt at the level we would have hoped, which is why we made the decision to approach the current survey from bottom up, as opposed to top down.
All team members are currently discussing their department’s results within their teams, and creating action plans to take back to the management team. These will be aligned and presented to the whole company.
We need your support and direction to turn our collective engagement around. This is a great opportunity to have your voice heard, and play an active part in shaping our culture.
