Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely agree that getting to work with a talented group of colleagues in such an international environment is one of the reasons that makes N26 a special place to work.
Our Leadership & Organizational Development team work directly with N26’s people managers to develop, improve and reinforce the business strategies, structures and processes. And as your People team, we are here to listen to your concerns and take action when and where it’s needed. To suggest otherwise is simply not true. That said, we also offer an external Speak up hotline, which you can contact at any time should you need to raise a concern in a confidential, secure and anonymous way.
We have shared your feedback with the leadership team so that we can reflect on your concerns and think about ways we can further adapt and do more to ensure these concerns are addressed.
