We also recognize that there are opportunities for improvement, and your constructive feedback is equally as important. We would like to respond to this below.
In addressing your concerns around reorganizing and restructuring, it’s important to point out that this type of change is not uncommon for a dynamic, fast-growing organization like N26. That said, we understand that it can be difficult to constantly adapt to this type of change. Our executive leadership team has taken this feedback on-board, and are committed to paying extra attention and care when it comes to our approach and communications around any structural team changes. We also see opportunities in establishing global employee representation to address these concerns and provide input in the discussions and decisions.
As we mentioned, N26 is made up of the world’s best minds, from a diverse range of backgrounds, ethnicities, and experiences. With over 80 nationalities in our workforce, and a presence in 25 global markets, diversity and inclusion is a central part of what makes us N26. We see diversity as a source of strength, allowing us to draw on a wealth of creativity, perspectives and experiences that help us deliver the most relevant and inclusive product to customers globally. We have three dedicated internal task forces focused specifically on driving diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion within the business.
