Everything they told me about the role that I wouldn't have to do they then made me do it all within the first few weeks. Working hours make it impossible to have good mental health or a life outside of work. The shift patterns made no sense, it was hard to create any sort of team culture as everyone was put on completely different shifts and moved around within teams all of the time, the shifts also made it impossible to be able to organise anything outside of work. I would never recommend this job to anyone, the work is extremely tedious and N26 often didn't even have any answers for customers which just created more anger, with us, cs staff having to try our best to do anything to calm them down, or send them an automated response that would just anger them even more, a complete mess to be honest. Also the phone training was completely useless.
