We are constantly working with our Rewards team who is dedicated to creating benchmarks for salaries every year. In the past two years we listened to our employees feedback and in the past 4 promotion cycles we raised salaries significantly. The ESOP plan is something we’re constantly working on, as we want every employee to feel their important contribution. We’re also a highly regulated bank, so we need to make sure that each decision we’re making is aligned with our stakeholders, internal & external.
