Pros
A lot of nice people and the office is also cool.
Cons
They don’t really think about the impact of certain decisions (like announcing the back to the office policy in a very short notice and without hearing the employees out). It’s a mainly male company where is very rare to see a female in a leadership position. They also don’t invest in tooling and are always trying to cut spends even when they are necessary ones. A simple example, the company doesn’t have an official chat platform cause they don’t want to pay for any, just like the dashboard tooling that only recent start being an paid one instead of the free version of whatever they get, and this makes life harder.
