      Pros

      Good Compensation. Lunch and Dinner (almost free) Food is typically $5.50 and Nvidia pays $5.0 Its easy to work from home since it is a email culture.

      Cons

      Working weekends. Too much of email and less interaction. AT the mercy of market forces so lot of projects are cancelled. Good work is tend to be given to young people and grunt work to experienced people.

      Get to work with the best in the industry. Pay is good, esp. due to stock appreciation.

      The company and the number of employees grew much bigger.
