- Infinite & endless work, but good quality and most of the times challenging - No differentiation of work based on geography. Most of the teams work globally with no work discrimination - Employees are hard working, talented, intelligent & helpful - Great work culture due to flat organization - Fast pace organization creating top class technologies
Cons
- Mediocre compensation. There is pay gap among peer - Non-transparent review process and increments are unrelated to performance - Work-life balance is a big time problem - Most of the time engineers have to resort to lot of manual testing
