Pros

Decent salary, good benefits and stock had a great run

Cons

The new Endeavor building is so sterile and souless. Someone, please plant a tree or add a throw pillow somewhere. Management tends to punch downward onto the team, rather than stick up for them. Basic tools are nearly impossible to aquire, at least in the creative department, due to strict budget constraints, despite each record-breaking quarter. Much of the old guard is WAY over their heads and were not prepared for such rapid growth. They seem to spend more energy protecting their positions than propelling the company forward. Our department had the struggles of an underfunded start-up while retaining the beauracracy of a large company at the same time.

Pros

NVIDIA's PTO and Sick policies are compassionate and generous. Managers listen to employees' ideas. Employees get to work on a wider variety of projects than expected, and usually work closely with other teams to get things done. Collaboration is tight almost all of the time.

Cons

Employees don't always get insight into why they were assigned a particular project, or have much if any choice about what projects they get to work on. Managers are often too busy working on projects themselves to have the free time to meet with employees on a regular basis. This leads to short-term, reactive thinking rather than long-term visionary thinking.
