Pros

In one word, Learning. You will get to learn a lot here. The best system software engineers with more than 20 years of experience are just a call away. You can ask anyone anything no matter how stupid your question is. People are helpful and straightforward. Work culture is challenging but equally rewarding if you can overcome those challenges. Other pros - Flexible Timings No dress code Free Food Work from Home Discounts on various Nvidia Products Good Comp

Cons

You really tend to miss out a bit on life while working here. Spending 10 hours a day is easy given the work one has at Nvidia so the only time you have to go around and have some fun is the weekend. Cons - Work Life Balance Senior Management needs Improvement Slow Growth Limited Exposure(Graphics) makes it difficult to switch Monotonus office life with little or no fun activities Only one common playing area with one TT table, a couple of carom tables and a couple of foosball tables for more than 8800 employees!

Pros

The product security organization has a very ideal work-life balance. The culture is strong on ownership and trust. There is a good sense of pride and collaboration across teams with low level of politics and high sense of "the project is the boss". Compensation is good for the roles. Merit increases and promotions are mostly transparent, but can vary from manager to manager.

Cons

Leadership direction can be whiplash at some times. Some initiatives feel directionless, while others feel misguided. Leadership does respond to push back and listens to employees though, but it often feels like managing up.
