run like a dictatorship. managers are completely impotent. and engineer only know how to push the bug to others and dont really work towards solving it. if you really try to solve the issue, you will be told that you r wasting time and you will be put into low rating. its been a torture working in nvidia. glad i left for good. there are no customers for tegra.
