Forward looking company with typical management issues - Product Manager NVIDIA Employee Review

A constant high pressure environment, which has an impact on creativity and producing original ideas and can lead overly passionate people to burn out quickly. Some managers are technically great, but use antiquated management methods and should not be in people leading positions. I know these are typical tech industry-wide issues, but I did not expect to see it at Nvidia given its reputation of being one of the best employers.
