Pros
Worked for more than 6 yrs as a full time employee.. Good for people from bhopal.. nothing else..!!! The only pay master in Bhopal.
Cons
First 3 yrs no increment, in fact 10% Salary cut in the name of recession. Only good for people who have no urge to grow further , live in Bhopal and can handle politics. The Infra -IMG team is the worst..!! If you have worked in MNC's, then this is not the place you want to be...!! Manager's and Leadership is more than a decade old and do not appreciate new ideas.. Lot of bureaucratic practices.. pathetic. They will not let you grow.. infact they treat you as a threat .. If you do not have any other job.. join it as intermediate ... but do not settle down .. I made that mistake.. but then.. better late than never.. After 6 yrs.. they didnt give onsite... .. now my current employer does not want to keep me in India.. Failure to recognise the talent... and now they are stuck with hopeless resources.. Move on while to you can..
