      There's a huge list of cons in this organization: 1) Worst Managers 2) Job Fear 3) Negativity 4) No learning. Outdated technologies. 5) No Projects 6) Distributes Parle-G on the name of motivation 7) Zero % salary hikes 8) Attrition every year after appraisals 9) Politics and Blame game on 10) Growth and learning restricts to leave the organization

      Pros

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
