Pros
You might try seeking opportunities with PTC's new toy, the IoT Almighty. Nice location near a nature park, nice crowd (at least, was, before mass layoffs due to moving CAD to support only mode), flexible work schedules (if you're lucky with a manager).
Cons
Tight on salaries. And no much perspectives with IoT, IMHO. Not with this management.
