Pros
The people are great. There are a lot of good products and projects going on. Moving towards newer technologies, and at the forefront of IoT. Benefits are excellent. Hard to find elsewhere. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Layoffs to make numbers. Instead of investing in the people to make the products that will sell, they just layoff more people. It really hits morale and it has been really bad the past few years.
