Worst company to work (especially Gurgaon) - Product Technical Lead PTC Employee Review

1. Worst management . 2. The power of the Gurgaon office is within 2 or 3 people who are actually friends and most of the colleagues in office are the relatives of these 2 or 3 people. 3. Every year there are layoffs without any prior notice . They will ask you come to office and on that day only you will be fired. 4. The managers in Tech Support knows nothing about the technology or anything new in the market and just know how to brag and does not make any sense . 5. The managers constantly pokes in your work and are not at all involved in any technical work . They don’t know anything related to technical . 6 Even the HR listens to these 2 or 3 persons . And if you try to complain about them to anyone then just start to look for other options because you will be on target from that day . 7 just an advise to someone who is going to join or willing to join . Don’t fall into the trap of better salary . I know Ptc gives good salary but you will be frustrated everyday
