      It's a sink or swim environment. Little thought is given to mentoring or growing resources. Growth is your responsibility and you will either grow and swim or become stagnate and sink. The management structure is very top heavy. There are managers of nothing and of no one. There is little cross department support or communication.

      Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

      Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
