The company is good for work life balance and has a good work culture
Cons
Very less opportunity for growth. The new CEO seems to have changed the whole direction of the company and away from IOT. The new CEO moved the appraisal cycle from April to November this year thats a long time. I think its difficult for people to feel the heat of inflation and rising rent costs when they are sitting high up the ladder. Very disappointed.
