Pros

Great work atmosphere, super nice colleagues, open door policy even with senior management, high level projects to manage, great visibility towards senior management

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a con, but change frightens people and this company is going through a lot of changes. However, they are very necessary to finally move the company in the right direction again. Herzogenauarch is not the best location on the planet, but I understand the company's heritage was a valid reason to keep the HQ in the home town.
