Pros

1. Team envirement is amazing and supporting 2. Being accepted fully as how you are are 3. Sportstyle BU allow you to explore your design ideas to the fully with support and guidance from the team 5. Giving you the opportunity to grow in the designer you wish to be 7. Happy for facilities at the campus

Cons

1. Sadly the salary is too bad. I would say I am very happy for my living way - BUT with our puma salary as a midlevel designer I can not do any savings at all which is a big problem. We are working over hours, and not because we are too slow, but the workload is a lot as a CM designer in PRIME. And we are not even paid for this - luckily we are very passionated about our jobs and PUMA gives our a good opportunity for us to grow. But at one point the salary is not good enough and that would be the ONLY reason why I would leave at one point. + we DO talk about our salary and people are not paid equally which is also a big issue.
