Pros

The corporate culture is exemplary. You can work very independently, almost like a self-employed person. The company's behaviour during the corona pandemic was exemplary and not to be taken for granted. The information works perfectly.

Cons

Unfortunately, we often need a long time to get approvals. Often the process has to be approved by 2-3 people. "Forever Faster" is our mantra. I would often like to see that happen faster. The salary as a KAM is rather below average compared to other companies. People who have been with the company much longer earn much more money in jobs with less effort.
