Pros
Puma P&O offers a lot to the employees which could bring PUMA as No 1 employer. Puma is providing great support to situation like (RU-UA conflict) or Earthquake disaster in TR and SR etc. Puma's management decisions are bringing PUMA brand every year in a better position.
Cons
Some members of the upper management level do not give the proper attention / do not taking actions against chronic problems of 2nd - 3rd lower level departments. They only care about the results without taking into consideration the significant some times side effects or issues that exist for longtime. Some management decisions are creating more complexity / workload than the benefit may bring. There are internal (vertical mostly) chronic communication issues.
