Pros
Decent Pay but they work you like a dog. Micromanage to almost big brother / CCTV levels. Useless and endless PowerPoint meetings that mean very little in terms of actually doing the work. Some good folks at the lower levels and helpful mid level managers but their hands are tied most of the time. They’re just there to ensure we tote the line. More like cops than actual team members.
Cons
They talk about how friendly and inclusive they are all day everyday and are the complete opposite …Because of course, they are compensating for their lacking in that area. Cliquy place. Lots of gossip. Tons of backdoor ranking of employees based solely on likability and acceptance by the “Core” group of tenured employees. Some tenured employees with huge egos that demand class and status worship. Overall horrible experience. Biggest regret of my career and can’t wait to leave. Cult weirdos that drink too much and self congratulate themselves embarrassingly often.
