Pros
- awesome product and quite available for employees - people are proud to work there and love (sports) cars - connection to Volkswagen and its subs is good and opens up opportunities - still a rather small family company
Cons
- growth opportunities are limited and it might take 5 years to advance to the next level - since it's a small firm there aren't many management positions available - Stuttgart isn't my favorite place to live
