Pros
Great and competitive pay, flexible hours, and a fun atmosphere.
Cons
It's hard to move up, even if you've expressed interest in it. I ended up leaving because even though I had expressed i wanted to be moved up to Customer Service they flat out told me that unless I had a "connection" they wouldn't do it. Or basically they only promote their favorites.
