      Pros

      Publix offers some of the best benefits in the industry. If you are getting paid $10/hour you are really getting paid close to $15 with the benefits. They provide great training.

      Cons

      Some of the people in the management are completely incompetent. They should give more hours to good workers and not so many to bad ones.
