      You are part of big tech leader Nice pay, compensation, other benefits competitive with the market. You can learn the latest technology as earlier than most of the other companies in the same industry. Very much flexible timings.

      Cons

      Work life balance is good in few teams but very hectic in many teams. Sometimes increment is less for employee having no promotion.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
