      Good pay and bonuses, smart coworkers

      Cons

      Workload is huge and the management is terrible. They treat you as a resource not as a human being. Very long working hours and very difficult to move forward in the career. Micromanaging is very present.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
