      Facilities are top notch.They don't compromise on that

      Cons

      There is no wlb you will be stuck doing work on weekends. No learning opportunities specially in SoC domain. No access to necessary documents despite raising multiple requests.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
