Pros
Work in a chip vendor company which is a more focused and wider breadth of work compared to working for an OEM which makes its own chips (e.g. Apple, Pixel, etc).
Cons
Terrible work life balance. They are in the process of reorganizing their company mission so things are a little all over the place. You're either going to lose your job to AI, to low-cost geos (e.g. India, China) or your work life balance is just going to suck.
