Pros
You get to work on great products that are used by people all over the world. The benefits are very good and very competitive. It is good to have a private office and plenty of computing resources. You can't beat being so close to the ocean.
Cons
It is such a large company, you can get a little bit lost staying in just your own group. San Diego is too expensive and there is too much traffic.
