      The best reason to work at qualcomm will be the work culture and the flexibility of working hours. Also opportunities can be easily grabbed if people are passionate enough.

      Cons

      Off late the compensation for the work done is not very good and the review cycles have also been cut down from half-yearly to yearly which is pretty bad .

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
