Pros
Used to be a good place to work. Had good benefits and good co-workers.
Cons
Most of management does now want to change status quo and are very biased. They have no clue on how to really reduce their cost structure - want to stick to status quo and are totally clueless and behind the curve. Reactive vs proactive and too many meetings. A lot of favoritism.
