      good salary good company name shares and stocks for employees through ESPP programm stock units if you stay longer

      Cons

      no projects no flexibility at work too many problems with customers and firing 5000 last year top management in UK are not willing to change anything and treat engineers as idiots no trainings

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
