Pros
The office atmosphere is very nice. Everyone gets an office with a door that closes. The people are generally vital and energetic, and as a result there is a very positive energy throughout the company.
Cons
If you're not in San Diego you are a very 2nd class citizen of the company. Benefits are all keyed to San Diego. Do a good job? Here's a coupon for a spa in San Diego. Oh, you live in Portland?
