Pros
qualcomm CDMA is a market and technology leader. It provides the whole system level solution to the customer. It is a good place to learn the cell phone system knowledge. Knowledge sharing between groups are encouraged.
Cons
As a large company, sometimes, you feel the career ladder is really long. Promotion is based on the performance but sometimes quick promotion is restricted by the corporate policy. The compensation package is not very competitive in the industry.
