      Good health insurance Decent pay Good 401k and stock options Really leading in the industry ... No layoff

      Cons

      Communication within Q is a mess. People not really are willing to help. They are trying pushing balls around around around .... Pressure!!! People here work overtime a lot. There is basically no fun here, seriously.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
