Pros
The environment is great, the people are extremely intelligent. The big paychecks pull the cream of the crop.
Cons
The management since Jacobs the Elder left the helm has been reactionary and pure flinch, not visionary and forward leading. The benefits package is constantly downgraded from where it was when I started. Sooner than later this will get to be a problem.
