      Good technology and innovation from Engineering

      some of the management folks are simply dumbheads. Even engineers come up with excellent ideas, management doesn't get it By doing that Google and Apple are kicking QCOM a*s in mobile market Marketing,Future product research is absent

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
