Skilled engineers to work with. Good knowledge environment, foster critical thinking, good health benefits, still works in start up mode
Cons
Some managers lack people skills, Lots of politics at management level, No transparency in terms of bonus, salary and other benefits to your peers. Too much time wasted in reviews every six months.
