      Pros

      they provide good environment, salary and bonus. The city is very nice and beautiful. good work life balance, and you have enough time to enjoy you life.

      Cons

      not good communication with manager. When you need help, it is not easy to find out whom you can ask help for.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
